Shipping policy

We are shipping with DHL. You can choose the right shipping method at the checkout.

On average, delivery takes 1-3 days in Germany & up to 10 days for international packages. We ship 1-2 times a week on average. Your tracking information comes via Email/SMS when your order is packed. 

If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, the customer must pay a return fee charged by DHL of 5€ for German shipments and 10€ for international shipments. Reshipping will also incur the new shipping fee.
