Shipping policy

We ship with DHL. Every parcel goes out as a tracked shipment, so you can follow it from dispatch to delivery. Our DHL service also includes transport cover of up to €500 per parcel. That cover is our own arrangement with DHL — it is not a separate promise to you and does not replace anything: until your order is handed over to you, the risk of loss or damage stays with us, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

Dispatch

We send parcels out one to two times per week on average. If we are taking a break, it is marked on the website.

Delivery time

Delivery time counts from dispatch, not from the day you order. Within Germany a parcel then takes 1–3 working days on average; international shipments take up to 10 working days on average and can take longer.

Once you have the tracking number, DHL can often answer questions about a parcel in transit fastest — for example about a delivery attempt or a pick-up point. This is a suggestion, not a redirection: if your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, we remain your contact and we will sort it out. You do not have to deal with DHL yourself.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is packed, you will receive the tracking number by email or SMS.

Shipping costs

Within Germany shipping costs €4.90; for larger orders it is €5.90, and it does not rise beyond that. Orders from €75 ship free of charge within Germany.

International shipping starts at €13.90 and rises with the weight of the parcel. Guide prices for a small parcel:

EU countries — from €13.90
Switzerland, United Kingdom, Liechtenstein — from €19.90
Rest of Europe, including Norway, Iceland, Serbia, Ukraine, the Balkans, Belarus and Moldova — from €20.90
Türkiye, Russia, Georgia, Israel and North Africa — from €24.90
USA, Canada, Japan and most of Asia — from €29.90
Australia, New Zealand, South America and Africa — from €35.90

Every country we ship to falls into one of these bands, whether or not it is named above.

These figures are a guide, not a quote. The binding price for your order is always the one shown at checkout.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the delivery address given to us is incomplete or incorrect, or because it was not collected from the pick-up point in time, DHL returns it to us. In that case we charge a flat return fee of €5 within Germany and €10 for international orders, and the shipping fee is incurred again if you would like us to send the order out a second time. You are of course free to show us that no loss or a smaller loss than the flat fee has occurred. No fee is charged if you are not responsible for the failed delivery.

We will let you know as soon as a returned parcel has arrived back with us.

This fee does not apply if you withdraw from the contract: a return within your right of withdrawal is never subject to it.
