Refund policy
As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. The text below is a translation of our German withdrawal instruction. In case of any discrepancy, the German version is the legally binding one.

Please send us a short message to ninetyvintage@gmx.net before returning an item, so we know your parcel is on its way.
For the return itself we recommend DHL — the same carrier we ship with — and we would be glad if you sent us the tracking number by e-mail or message. Both are recommendations, not conditions: your right of withdrawal does not depend on them, and if a parcel is lost on its way back to us after you have withdrawn, that risk is ours, not yours.
Two ways to send something back
1. Statutory right of withdrawal. 14 days, no reason needed, and it applies to every order — including reduced items. You may examine a piece as you would in a shop. The binding wording is in the instruction on withdrawal below.
2. Voluntary return. In addition to the statutory right, we take items back within 14 days of receipt if they are unworn and undamaged. This is a goodwill offer on top of the law; it does not limit or replace your statutory right of withdrawal, and the conditions named here apply only to this voluntary option.
Refunds. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know about the receipt and the refund. Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used. Depending on your payment provider and bank it may take a few days until the amount appears on your account.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at www.ninetyvintage.com/apps/widerruf. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay on a durable medium (for example by e-mail), including information on the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Signs of age and wear that we describe there, or that are visible in the photos, are not defects — they are the agreed condition of the item.
