Dispatch

• Orders go out one to two times a week.
• If we are taking a break, it is marked on the website.

Delivery

• Germany: 1–3 days.
• International: up to 10 days.
• Tracking comes by email or SMS when your order is ready.

Returns

• You can return your order within 14 days after receipt.
• All return information is in the legal notice.
