From order to doorstep

- We packParcels go out one to two times a week. If we're away, it says so on the website.
- On its wayTracking comes by email or SMS as soon as the parcel leaves.
- DeliveredGermany takes one to three days, everywhere else usually up to ten.

Orders from €75 ship free within Germany. Abroad the price rises with the weight of the parcel. Every country we ship to falls into one of these bands — if yours is not named, it is covered by the band it belongs to.
How you can pay
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Klarna. Depending on the country you order from, iDEAL, Bancontact, BLIK, EPS or MobilePay can show up at checkout too.
